Diack Homes guarantees that you will know what is going on with your new home. From the beginning, when you first get in touch to the handing over of your keys, you’ll receive information via emails, phone calls, site meetings and photos to give you clarity and confidence throughout the build.

Cost
To give you confidence and peace of mind, we use a detailed checklist as we create costings over your plans. We have a range of different contracts tailored to suit your build preferences, paired with detailed specification documents so you can see exactly what you are getting.

Job Tracking
During your job we want you to keep updated with the timeframes and budget. You will get weekly email reports updating you on the progress as well as meeting notes via email after site meetings to give you confidence.

10 Year Master-build Guarantee
You can sleep well with a 10-year Master-build Guarantee over your build. It covers many things, including:
• Loss of deposit
• Non-Completion
• Materials and Workmanship
• Structural defects
• Temporary accommodation during remedial work
