Who we are
Diack Homes is a family-owned building company founded in 2020 by Cameron and Zoe Diack. Cam is a qualified carpenter, Licensed Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder. Zoe, a former registered nurse, runs the business systems and administration.
We work people first, with integrity and clear communication. The owners stay involved, alongside the crew on your site. Damien, our project manager, has been with us since the start and placed second in the Bay of Plenty Apprentice of the Year.

Yes. Along with custom homes and knockdown rebuilds, we do full home renovations, extensions, bathrooms and recladding in the Bay of Plenty.

Yes. Bring them to a free consultation and we'll check them against your site and budget. No plans yet? We'll work through the design with you before pricing.
Is the online estimate a quote?
No. The online estimate gives you a starting range. Your fixed price comes after we've assessed your site and the plans and specification are documented.
What guarantee do I get?
Every project comes with our Gold Standard Promise. Eligible builds can also have the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee, applied for before building starts.
