Who Are We?
Diack Homes is a family-owned and operated business by Cameron and Zoe Diack. When Cam and Zoe met, they both knew they were each other's "person". So Cam relocated from Southland up to Tauranga to pursue building – and Zoe. There he started his building apprenticeship, and soon after, they were married. Today, they have four beautiful children Grace, Cilla, Aubrey and Flynn.
Cam and Zoe work together as the ultimate team. They love adventuring in the outdoors and place a significant emphasis on the importance of family and community. They desire to operate their business with a "people first" approach that values integrity, honesty and communication.
Cameron & Zoe Diack
Qualified Carpenter, Licensed Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder.
Cam started his apprenticeship and quickly grew in his knowledge and skill in construction. Once qualified, Cam set out and began Diack Homes at the beginning of 2020. His determination and work ethic is what has allowed Diack Homes to grow into what it is today.
Having worked as a registered nurse for several years, Zoe now spends the bulk of her time with their four young children while working alongside Cam, assisting with business systems, accounting and administration.

Qualified Carpenter
Damien has been with Diack Homes since we first started out! Damo started with us as a second-year apprentice. He went on to win second place in the Bay of Plenty apprentice of the year! A keen eye and methodical process allow him to be precise in all his tasks, resulting in outstanding work. -
Mike
Qualified Carpenter & Licensed Building Practitioner
Mike is a valuable team member, and with over ten years of experience, his ability is shown when a deadline needs to be reached. Mike delivers quality work and has a strong drive to get tasks done. -
James
Apprentice
With several years working in hands-on industries, including farming and kiwifruit orchard construction, James has a methodical approach; his attention to detail is shown through his high-quality work. There's never a dull day on site when James is around. -
Dale
Apprentice
Dale has started his apprenticeship with Diack homes. Having grown up on a farm, he has considerable practical skills, a hard-working attitude and a willingness to learn. We look forward to watching him grow and succeed!
